About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be a vital part of our global Service Desk team, based in our Oslo office and reporting to the Head of Service Desk in London. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business analysis skills to drive service improvements and resolve complex technical challenges across the technical teams. You will work independently and proactively, identifying and delivering opportunities for technology enhancements while collaborating on support incidents and cross-team projects with our Workplace Technologies and Network Security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve challenges across all technical teams.
- Drive service improvements through technical expertise and business analysis.
- Engage with staff across the organization and external vendors.
- Work independently and proactively to identify and deliver technology improvements.
- Collaborate on support incidents and cross-team projects.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
- Proven technical expertise.
- Strong business analysis skills to drive service improvements and resolve technical challenges.
- A problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Someone who enjoys engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for continuously improving service delivery.
Location & Duration
This is a full-time, 12-month assignment based on-site at our customer's Oslo office at Bankplassen, Oslo, 5 days a week. The customer reserves the right to extend the assignment for an additional 6 months + 6 months.
