Responsibilities
- Maintaining and organizing employee records.
- Managing contracts, onboarding documentation, and payroll-related administration.
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate communication.
- Coordinating leave requests, absences, and benefits administration.
- Supporting the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is highly beneficial.
