You will be working with a team of a dozen Customer Service people each dedicated to a specific market.

You will work on orders, you will work with different departments internally and you will be the main point of contact for the customers in your market (France & Benelux).

Our client is a Belgian company with a strong international presence and active in the fashion industry. They are located in Brussels. They embody strong human values and put sustainability at the center of their operations. Today they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for their France & Benelux market.

As a Customer Service professional for the fashion industry, your responsibilities are:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing orders and ensuring accuracy in the system.
• Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Providing product information and guidance to customers to meet their needs.
• Updating and maintaining customer records with precision.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and keeping customers informed about their orders.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

A successful Customer Service professional should have:

• Experience in the retail or fashion industry, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English and French and ideally also in Dutch.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
