As a Customer Service professional for the fashion industry, your responsibilities are:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing orders and ensuring accuracy in the system.
- Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Providing product information and guidance to customers to meet their needs.
- Updating and maintaining customer records with precision.
- Monitoring delivery schedules and keeping customers informed about their orders.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
A successful Customer Service professional should have:
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English and French and ideally also in Dutch.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
