As a Customer Service professional for the fashion industry, your responsibilities are:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing orders and ensuring accuracy in the system.
  • Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Providing product information and guidance to customers to meet their needs.
  • Updating and maintaining customer records with precision.
  • Monitoring delivery schedules and keeping customers informed about their orders.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

A successful Customer Service professional should have:

  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French and ideally also in Dutch.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or similar systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
