About the role:

As a Business Controller within the Business Tech organization, your primary mission will be to guide financial planning, ensure strong cost control, and provide actionable insights that drive technology investments. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you’ll be a key player in shaping financial clarity and business value across tech initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across tech units.
  • Lead month-end processes including analysis, accruals, and financial consolidation.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy in financial flows such as recharges and invoicing.
  • Optimize forecasting models and budgeting routines continuously.
  • Deliver financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Educate and align tech leaders on financial planning and spend management.
  • Manage procurement processes including invoice approvals and vendor agreements.
  • Control project costs and investment budgets related to technology initiatives.

About you:

You’re a mid-level controller who thrives in dynamic environments where finance meets technology. Your background in financial or business controlling enables you to navigate complex data, provide sound guidance, and influence stakeholders. With a curious mindset and a strong grasp of financial principles, you support teams with strategic thinking and a customer-focused approach.

Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business or financial controlling roles.
  • Academic degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Strategic thinker with solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting technology or digital teams is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
